Terms of Conditions

  1. The Greetings Cards site is a product provided for users and Charities by Give as you Live and Everyclick Limited.
  2. Everyclick Limited has been in operation since 2005 as a provider of innovative fundraising solutions for the Charity sector. To date we have helped charities raise in excess of £7.5m. Everyclick are members of the Fundraising Standards Board and the Institute of Fundraising.
  3. All enquiries regarding orders placed should be made direct to the printer:

  4. Orders are placed with Latent Light for printing who are responsible for the manufacture and delivery of the greetings cards.
  5. Each order generates a donation to the Charity chosen as specified on the order details.
  6. Donations are collected by Give as you Live from the purchase price and these are paid out to Charity monthly.
  7. All questions regarding the payment to Charities should be directed to:

  8. Charity data
    • The Charity Commission make available to the general public a database of basic Charity details for all registered UK Charities.
    • This database includes a contact name and email address and details of the Charity's aims and objectives by class.
    • Everyclick Limited uses this freely available data to create our list of Charities that can be supported by users of its products such as 'Give as you Live' and Everyclick search. This gives our users the ability to support any UK registered Charity however, large or small.
    • We only hold the data that is provided by the Charity Commission unless the Charity has provided us with additional or alternative contacts etc.
    • The data is also used as a contact list to make Charities aware of further benefits, products and services that we make available to the Charity sector in order to help them raise additional funds.
    • We only contact people on that database or those who have expressly given us permission to do so.

Delivery and Returns

Printing of the greeting cards will be through our print partner, Latent Light Limited.

As most of the products are personalised they do not fall under the normal distance selling rules, and being personalised cannot therefore, be resold to anyone else.

If the product was damaged by the courier or the product was substandard, Latent Light will make a replacement that is prioritised through production and resent or offer a full refund.

Delivery of all greeting cards will be via royal mail and interlink couriers.

For Interlink deliveries the buyer will get access to the courier's order tracking system which will allow orders to be tracked to the nearest 15 mins.

Questions regarding the progress of orders, delivery and quality should be made direct to the printer;
